Classes will be held in Steel Park (531 Illawarra Road, Marrickville) out the back of the PCYC, past the soccer field (near the fitness equipment).
If the weather is bad, classes will be postponed. I will message the group if this happens.
Cost is $10 per class (cash only).
For your first class, wear comfortable gym cloths (no singlets).
Bring:
- water
- towel
- mouth guard
- If you have minimal\bare foot running shoes (to do the class in)
